Restoring your home, one pier at a time.
Decades of hands-on experience, personalized service, and a commitment to doing right by your home.
Our story
CJ House Leveling began long before it had a name. Founder Jesus Cuellar grew up working alongside his father, restoring homes across South Texas and learning the value of precision, patience, and pride in a job well done.
By the time he turned 21, Jesus became the youngest licensed house leveling contractor in Texas, bringing years of hands-on experience and a deep respect for the trade into every job. Since 1991, he's built CJ House Leveling into a trusted name for foundation repair across the region.
From pier and beam to slab foundations, each repair is tailored to the unique needs of your home and the land it's built on. We don't cut corners. We don't upsell. We believe homeowners deserve honest answers, clear explanations, and work that lasts.
At CJ House Leveling, your home is in skilled, trustworthy hands from start to finish.

Meet the Owner
Meet the foundation expert behind CJ House Leveling.
“At CJ House Leveling, we’ve been doing this a long time, but what really sets us apart is how hands-on we are. As the owner, I’m not just behind the scenes, I show up, I do the work, and I stay in touch with every client myself. You’re not just a number to us. We take the time to explain everything, walk you through the process, and make sure you feel confident in the work we’re doing. We treat your home like it’s our own, because that’s how it should be.”
